EQ Based Communicative and Language Skills
This course directs the understanding of how language and communication process takes place in the work place scenario. It deals with the processes of communication using mock presentation and direct discussion based on a workable programme. This will surely ensure that the participants are able
to identify the true skills of language communication and use them with confidence.
Innovative Presentation Skills
This training will enable the participants present an effective presentation through understanding the concept of presentation, convergence of presentation skills into a plan frame, incorporating the skills into corporate practise and ensuring appropriate presentation of presentation.
Mental Health and Awareness Skills
Mental health is the ability of one’s self to resist pressure, temptations and to control the mind. Once these three are brought into control, one will be able to move forward, living life to the fullest. With our able trainers, we have the ability to assist in ensuring proper mental health and awareness is foreseen and executed effectively. We will also do a follow-up from time to time to ensure our strategies are used effectively.
Get to know our Managing Director
Mr. R.Baskran Raman Nair, M. Ed. (Management); B.A; Dip. Ed. has 40 years of experience as an educator and trainer. His areas of interest include personnel management, language management, communicative English and mental health.
He started off working as a Management & Production Trainee in woodworking industry before joining as a teacher in government schools. He became a lecturer at the National Institute of Educational Management (IAB) where he lectured on education policy development and curriculum development. He has delivered a variety of training programmes on education and management for education managers and attended trainings in areas of management and leadership.
